Finally!  Barring any unforseen catastrophes, I will be fishing the great North Carolina mountain streams this weekend.  My bride to be wants to learn the ways of the fly rod and I can’t think of a better way to get her acquainted.  As many of you know, I’ve been fishing the Tarheel bluelines for over 20 years and consider it my home.

  We will be posting pictures and videos will be coming soon.  But it got me to thinking…how about you? 

I want to expand a bit and see how you all enjoy fishing the weekend away.  Whether its in the mountains for wild or native trout, on the salt flats, from a boat or a cane pole with the little ones.  Send me a few pics you want posted and a little blurb and I’ll put it up.

After all, God does not deduct from ones time on earth those hours spent fishing (almost a direct quote) so lets see how ya’ll enjoy that time!
